Sliding Seat Notes

Seat & Rigger Mounting

The general location of the assembly is shown, however, this may vary somewhat. The assembly is best set temporarily in the boat. Prior to fastening in place, the hull can be rowed without the runner assembly moving if care is taken. If the assembly is too far forward, the boat will not run a true course, but may veer to one side. Move the assembly aft until this condition is eliminated and a true couse can be held. After the position of the runner assembly is determined, locate and drill 1/4" holes in the runners for the hold-down bolt holes in the runner cleats. Use four hold-down bolts as shown.
