Dennis Cogan has done a great job on his wood/ply BEARCAT (see left)
built for sightseeing charters in Thailand. Power comes from twin 200 HP
Mercury outboards for speeds from 35 - 40 MPH. Note the stand-up toilet
room installed behind the control console and full cockpit cover - great
conveniences for Cogan's clientele if with some sacrifice in overall
top speed.
Right & below, Andy Smith is building our plywood BEAR-CAT design in
the Philippines for a private party in Australia. What a difference the
fiberglass sheathing and paint coating makes!
