When you think you're done wet the boat down. This raises the grain. Then fine sand it one more time.



One side and transom glassed. On the transom, I put epoxy on the wood. Then, after it got tacky, I pressed the fabric to it and wet out the cloth. On the side, I just went straight to wet-out. Start about 2' from the transom and work back. Then work forward stretching the cloth as you go. After 20 minutes, go back with a squeegee and remove excess epoxy and to make sure the cloth is in good contact with the wood.
