After three coats of epoxy and three coats of 2-part polyurethane, it's ready to caulk.

I caulked with 3M4000 UV. I smoothed it with the back of a plastic spoon. If the spoon starts to get sticky throw it away and get a new one. It will start to pull the surface and won't make a smooth finish.
