I worked my way up both sides at the same time. You can never have too many clamps!



I applied epoxy to the back side of each new piece, then thickened epoxy to the base layer. As you come around the bow each piece must be shaped into a slight hour-glass to take the double curvature. I wear a respirator because the solvents wreck my sinuses.



After the first layer, there's no place to clamp! I used 5/8" brads into the frames and battens and left them. You could use staples and remove them or vacuum bag.
