Moeller 13 Gallon marine fuel tank, EPA/CARB certified.
Filled with fuel and allowed to stretch and expand for 30 days as recommended by the manufacturer.
Will build an aluminum angle support frame with bottom plate.

Hull encapsulation spring 2019 Inside hull grinded and sanded the epoxy runs from gluing plywood down. All of inside hull sanded with 80 grit for a proper mechanical bond. My brand new trailer needs a little modification to give me more room in my garage.

Cut the tongue of the trailer at 42 inch and installed a Fulton swing away tongue hinge. I still need to get longer safety chains.

A few pics of the hull after the varnished was applied Varnish is Interlux - Schooner high gloss with UV protection.
