Looking great. Glad you were able to find a way to make the epoxy work for you.

Re: Limited supply of classic boat hardware

Those bow handles are awesome! Too bad about the patterns. Is it now worth it to try to duplicate them from the finished parts?

Re: Geronimo - progress and question

You'll want to seal the holes with epoxy after you drill them but you were probably going to do that anyways. I'm planning to bed mine in 4200 and use some blue threadlocker to keep them from coming loose. A mechanic friend of mine says just to put a thin line of it down the length of the threads. I...

That's gonna look amazing with finish on it. I like your design for the deck a lot.

Bill, sorry to hear about you getting hurt. The wrist is concerning, but you said you got unsteady and fell? Does that mean you tripped or passed out. Sorry I don't mean to pry or get in your business just hope you are getting all the help you need. I had a boss that would frequently have low blood ...

Re: Geronimo's motorbox

Bob, this is the tank I am planning on using in my Geronimo. You'll want to measure to be sure but I am planning on putting mine in the same location as you.

Re: HP for Power-Row 13 1/2" SB Skiff

I'm sure this will be a fun project! Regarding your unheated garage and building in the winter: I was able to build through the winter in an un-insulated garage in North Carolina. I did occasionally use a space heater to direct heat towards curing epoxy. If you can save up several things to glue up ...

Re: Which Side Backing?

When I had the jon boat, I could not see the empty trailer if it was lined up straight behind the truck. So I generally preferred to back down the ramps in a slight curve if possible so I could keep my eye on the drivers side wheel.
