Sorry I missed it, but at least you saved a few bucks on beer. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Re: Whitmore Lake Classic Boat Show

I'd like to come, but it's so far away. Maybe if I came you'd buy me two beers?  Gayle better stock up on the Squirt plans because I expect after you ride by there will be a big rush on them. BTW, I've got a couple old Johnson's that I'm ready to begin restoring and have been doing a lot ...

Re: Ski-Tow...Peg is still turning heads!

The motor looks fantastic!!!

BTW, I have one. Seeing it on your boat may just be the motivation I need to restore it. Of course, then I'll have to build another boat to put it on.

Thanks for sharing.

Re: Tom's Tahoe

That is so beautiful, Tom. You've inspired me with ideas and so now I want to dedicate some time to learning how to use CAD. Do you have a suggestion on which program I should start out with?

Re: Rub-a-Dub-Scrub

The guy talks about how 'green' it is
He and his shop are in Seattle, and he's marketing this thing which has at most a $1,000 of materials in it for $30,000. He's got to talk about green to sucker in one of the rich liberals out there with more money than sense.

Re: Rub-a-Dub-Scrub

I wonder what that coating is that doesn't require maintenance? Looking at the plastic like gloss, I'm thinking it's automotive clearcoat and that's what I'd coat it with if I were to build it. Ken probably knows. Of course, nothing is maintenance free, but it's my understanding that this is a $30,...

Keels and Wheels 2019

We're bringing the boat to Keels and Wheels this year in Houston on May 4th and 5th. Any other Glen-L'ers going? Maybe we could all meetup for lunch, breakfast, or a beer while there.

After the pain of paying wears off, you don't want to stand over the clubs thinking I wish I had bought the Hogan's.
Maybe for you, but I think I could play an entire round with a sling blade and my score wouldn't be noticeably different.

I'd use 3M 5200 or 4200 instead of an epoxy fillet.

Re: What the Heck, I'm Coming out of the Closet, too

I'm thrilled to be featured in Sailrite's latest "Meet our Customers" blog - https://www.sailrite.com/meet-our-customers/ - and did my best to give Glen-L the deserved props.
