First fill on the bow seams complete, when cured i will sand the seams with 80 grit and do the final fill, pretty happy with them so far.

Well today i filled the rear deck seams with a mixture of micro balloons and poxy shield, 6oz of epoxy added to 6oz of micro balloons gives me a bright white, easy to sand seam with the consistency of toothpaste that can be buried in top coats of epoxy (forever seam) i used a cake decorating bag wi...

Thanks Bill, Jenko, today i sanded the deck and edges smooth with 80 grit, wiped it down with denatured alcohol and taped it off for the second epoxy coat tomorrow morning, should smooth out quite a bit with the second coat. 8)

Built another painters shanty, stuffed a couple heaters inside and rolled on the first epoxy coat this morning, as soon as it greens up i will roll on another, the weather has nothing on me :lol:
