I followed the instructions for mine using the form on the plans. The instructions called for installing the transom before doing any epoxy putty on the seams. I would think that the instructions would give you a good idea but you do have a different design. I've attached some pics if that helps.

I'm building a stitch and glue Bingo. If you have specific questions, I can try to help. Not sure if you're plans are similar to mine. They are full size plans that needed to be transferred to the plywood. This is my first building project as well and I was a little stumped on the plans at first.

Transom motor mount holes, before or after fiberglass?

I'm trying to figure out when outboard motor mount holes should be drilled in my transom. The instructions don't state whether this should be done before or after fiber-glassing the exterior. Anyone have any knowledge?

Cover & fair over 18oz fiberglass seams Int/Ext

I want to use something to cover up my interior and exterior seams of 18oz bi-axial fiberglass. Does anyone know of a good product to use to smooth these out, cover the fiberglass and fair to the wood?
