I'm using pvc pipe for my drain tubes ...can I use epoxy to seal and glue them in?

hi all ! I'm looking for a 8 or 10 inch bow eye the longest I have found is only 6 inchs and its to short and wont go though the breasthook. I thought of cutting the breasthook down but don't like that idea. thanks

I have drilled holes already ..I think if I slather in the holes with epoxy and cote the tubes also n insert them the ply will be sealed from water.

A zip is all most covered my boat is completely open ! what about a portable 12 volt water pump to suck up what the bildge pumps don't get? still going back in forth about putingt drains in.

Im building the little hunk dory ...a completely open boat 21 ft ....7 1/2 ft beam and if I have 3/4 inch of water that's about 40 gallons.i know nothing about bilge pumps can you install them to work with lower water levels than 3/4 inch? O I used my shopvac to suck out rain water that's how I know...

drains in transom
Hi,My transom is 2 1/4 inch thick but on the bottom I put 2 -1inch boards so on the bottom is 4 and 1/4 .im worried about sealing that up for some drains.(( Do I Even need drain holes ???)) im going to have 2 Bilge pumps..........thx
