Re: AWWW the guys cook too!

Thanks, Gentlemen. That's a great start. I like one pot ideas. Bill and I love cooking that way. I don't have any sisters just four smelly brothers. Just so you know it took Kill Bill 41 years to concede that marriage might be an okay idea.

Re: AWWW the guys cook too!

Thanks to the guys who have posted recipes. Peggy Larkin approached me at the gathering and suggested we put together a recipe book. I thought it was a spendid idea since food is becoming an additional highlight of the gatherings. I will get all the recipes together and make some attempt at a "book"...

Re: Idea for Gathering 4 - 2010

Really Hot! That one idea for the gathering has generated much response! We need another idea. How about activities for children? I was toying with the idea of a scavenger hunt involving items to be collected from members based on where they are from e.g., Bill and I could have cotton, anyone from O...

Ray,
She's a looker! Congratulations! Hope to see you at G4 so I can get some pictures. Keep that beautiful paint job away from the Gulf.

Re: Mini Vandal Tug Start

Grand Chillin,
I'm NOT tellin'! It's got to be your idea. I'm just now working on a sailing yacht and a submarine. That's got to be your idea. By the way, I will not be building a yacht nor a submarine. That's coming from KillBill.

Dave,
Be afraid, be VERY afraid...there are five Lola's and sometimes many "want-a-be's". Thanks for the good wishes.

Re: Mini Vandal Tug Start

Hello Everyone, I just have to brag a little...Li'l Red, the baby tug, is going to be in a Mardi Gras parade! The Lola's will be on board as she is pulled through the parade route on the streets of Orange Beach. Lola Vivienne will be on a regular float, but Kill Bill will be snapping photos. They wi...

Re: Mini Vandal Tug Start

I asked KillBill to build me a boat so he built a Tahoe that I can't operate. So, sweetly, I asked again. He built me a boat with an engine that most cooks call a mixer. Now, hopefully, I can mix up a cake and drive a boat. I don't think I'll be winning any races. But I've heard it said that "Slow a...

Re: Mini Vandal Tug Start

Merry Christmas. Santa dropped off this boat and a husband this morning. That's right. KillBill is officially between projects and he and this cute little boat are mine for awhile. We're headed to the coast tomorrow to see if she will float. I know KillBill can float so I won't be testing that. Lola...

Steve,

I'm pretty sure they sell both chicken and beer kegs wherever we will gather. You just scope out and bring the chocolate vodka and I'll locate chicken and beer when everyone arrives. A little chocolate vodka shouldn't slow you down.

Lola Is In the House

Well, I am finally here. Many of you have told me that I should get my own account, so I have. I won't have much to offer in the way of expertise, but maybe...just maybe I can entertain you from time to time. Loved seeing so many of you at the Gathering. I wanted more boat rides and will hold you to...
