Yep Dave, I already have a nice supply of mahogany wood flour and I have doubts my shop vac is going to survive this build :shock:

WOO HOO :!: :!: got all the frames routered over the weekend and the mahogany battens cut. Time to do a little scarfing this week on the long battens.

But the big moment is.......just ordered my 4mm Meranti Hydro-Tek from Homestead. It should ship this week!!
