First question, probably the easiest. But, not it. When you start the engine does the key return to the on position or stay in the start position? If it returns to on, it is probably a relay someplace that is sticking. Since, it's a new starter, I doubt it is the new starter. Sorry! This is not one ...

When it's dry too the touch and can dent it with your thumbnail you can get another coat on it without sanding.

Billy I just don't know. I suspect the heat and sun combination. I keep the boat down on the Gulf coast. It comes off in thick sheets. I think some of the problems come from thermal expansion relative to the sub-deck. I may have to say the hell with the planking, which I love, go with a painted deck...

Yes, outside. I have no other choice. Well there is a maybe near by. I might be able to get a slightly covered area for extra cost. It's still not good.

The frame looks a lot like the Tahoe frame at the bow. I looks like a cold mold approach would work well. There is a lot of experience with CM here.
