I think this is the best place I've found on rails. http://www.marineind.net/index.htm They make for the other vendors.

Gayle can reactivate the account. She had to do mine. I also had to update my e-mail address. It told me it would send the reactivation to my old address. That does no good since I haven't used that in years. Anyway, let Gayle know.

I run 2 tanks. I prefer the manual valve. My thought is to run one down then switch. Then fill the empty tank. This way I keep fresher fuel and if I get bad fuel someplace It is only in one tank.

I'd use it as is. Set the side to the dimension so that the corner is where it is supposed to be. Most of that material is cut out for the notch. Even more will come off in the fairing process.

Yamaha 4 strokes are highly rated and priced. Suzuki is getting good reviews on our Gulf Coast and are better priced. There seems to be a problem with Hondas lower end in saltwater.

Butch Barto and I try to tell everyone that spray rails are not optional on most of these boats. They make the boat drier and a little faster. They also grip some in a hard turn.

I was eating store brand yogurt every morning. The plastic containers are a nice size to work with.

Greg Hall we'll be watching. You need to come to the Gathering in September. Not far for you. Lots to see and learn.

Re: Rudder authority
I have a wedge rudder. I'm not happy with it. I can control the boat in the marina. You really have to learn to use prop walk and the gears. You can't just let anyone at the helm. In and out of a slip can be a challenge on a windy day. Pleas don't help me until I ask.
