Just browsing today and ran across the completed build of a Tahoe 19 at the YNOT Yachts website. Nice looking boat they built. Take a look http://www.ynotyachts.com/tahoe_19_buildphotos6.htm

Hi all, I'm looking to get a good jump this summer on a new boat, likely the Key Largo, once I finish up my squirt. I am looking at engines for the KL and wondering what a good price would be for a used 4.3L mercruiser or other lower HP small block. I'd prefer not to buy a new engine to help with co...

That looks really nice. I am especially fond of the open cockpit look. Gives me visions of a nice convertible top that sit along the transom and the can cover the entire cockpit. A bit of engineering but would look fabulous and gets you out of the sun when needed. Boat looks stellar.
Bob, I just realized that you are right down the road from me (I am in Fort Mill). Looks like you are making some progress. I'd be interested to see the boat as you move along. Might spur me to get started on something finally. Jeff, That Dart restoration/rebuild looks really nice. I guess I need to...
Hi guys, Quick question if I may. I you had a boat that was flat bottom, and I mean dead flat both longitudinally and transverse, and there were no appurtenances other than the hull, would the boat float dead level? I believe it does but I am not sure. I was browsing one of the Berkley Engineering m...
Looks good to me. I miss being out west. I was stationed at Hill in Ogden for several years and 4 years in Great Falls MT as well. Looking good thus far. I recently almos thad to move so had delayed my build of a squirt but now that we are set to stay here I foresee boat building starting soon here....

Thank's Bill! I followed the plans and directions pretty closely. The order things are built is important to prevent getting painted into a corner. 10 ft plywood wood be nice if you can get it. I did build up the transom a little by adding the 1/4" ply to the aft side. I highly recommend using Okou...
I haven't decided yet. Right after I completed the Zip I would have said yes, but two years later I seem to have found other things to do with the time. I like the Whitehall but not sure how practical it would be. Plus, it wouldn't take that long to build. If I start another, because I like the pro...
Only 8 more days until Sunnyland!!!! Can't wait until next week. I'm going on Saturday. Still no boat to take but I bet I walk away from the show with something, maybe a motor for my Squirt? Thought I might get creative. Getting a shirt made saying " Here alone. Have cold beer. Need rides!" Maybe I'...
