plywood glue

I bought this from Amazon and I think its the wrong glue, I bought this thinking it was resorcinol but I don't think it is. Has anyone here used it? I'm building a super Huck and wondering if it would be OK for the bulkheads?

Super huck

Ok so I have made up my mind and have bought a set of plans for the 28' super Huck.. I have been looking at electric motors to use with this boat.. Just wondering what sort of power I would need just to cruse around on a lake.. I'm not looking for a speed boat just something that I can sit back on a...

Re: tug along inboard

Thanks for your reply.

What about using the Glen l electric drive and having an on board generator to power the motor? I would aslo then be abel to charge some batteries for using at night ..

tug along inboard

I have been looking at the plans for the Tug along and i have been wondering if it would be posibale to use a small inboard to power this boat instead of using an outboard ? I know the sweet 16 already has an inboard, but i like the fact that the Tug along is of a s&g construction.

Re: Harbor master

I did think about the use of a trolling motor , it would make thing a lot easier .. the only problem i can see with this is that if i did build this boat with a electronic motor, i would also like to backup this up with a small diesel , just in case somthing was to happen to the motor ..

Harbor master

Re: Quest

That is a very good assumption and is correct. It would not be too dificult to put 4 bunks in the rear of the Delta-Q for a family. Hi , just wondering on how you are going to set out the interior on your Delta Q . will you be following the plans or are you going to make some changes ? May give me ...

This is also somthing that i have given some thought too. i think it would give the Dela Q more of a Bon Voyage look

Re: Quest

Also, just wanted to add, in my opinion when looking at the HD20 and Quest I consider the Quest a far superior design. I too have to agree with this , i always find my way back to the Glen L page looking at the boat plans .. the Delta-Q is the second boat that i have been thinking about building , ...
