Hi Bill, can you add me to the list please, I'm waiting for HBM confirmation details, but am planning on Thursday pm to Sun am - will update you with details later. Re: Tahoe 20 - New Zealand Progress

Just had four days boating on a beautiful lake in New Zealand with family and friends. As I think you can never have enough photos of the Tahoe design, here are two more!

Re: 5.7L 300 hp volvo penta 2013 CE for monaco

Hi, when we were looking at an engine for the Tahoe, a NZ Volvo Penta agent was really great and quoted bell housing and gearbox so I could forward details if you like? Probably more expensive than going via USA though. Don't forget though to have gearbox rotation right for the drivers seat and cont...

Re: G-10

Hi prospective G10ers! I'm not sure yet but I may be on the East Coast of USA around the September weekend. Is Chattanooga the nearest airport to G10 event? If so how long does it take from there to Hales Bar Marina? Being from a small country I need some advice on airports and distances please!!! I...

Re: Making progress on my Monaco.

Hi, I agree with the other comments as on my Tahoe the 4" seat base I started with put me too high in the boat and above the windscreen. At 2" it works well. I didn't install a behind the dashboard hydraulic steering unit so the steering wheel distance to seat back is better just having 2" backrest ...

Re: Tahoe Stem

Hi Roy, hope the Kiwis there enjoyed the World Cup excitement - was a great achievement for New Zealand to win the Rugby. We just got back from 2 weeks in USA catching up with friends only to hear on the day after the final that it was televised on USA Sports channels and we missed it... oh well. On...

Re: Tahoe Stem

Wise words from Bill and Butch. I took their advice with our Tahoe and am very pleased. The photos from my phone were too grainy to post but you can see the spray rail doing its job. I'll try and get some video next time I'm out. Early on in my posts I also questioned the bow shape....I did some rea...

Re: Monaco front cockpit

Keith, another thing to factor in is if you are using a hydraulic steering unit standard mount on the dash, it brings the steering wheel closer to you. In my Tahoe we should have tried to see if we could mount the Seastar hydraulic unit behind the dash.... It's not a big drama but would have been ju...
