Re: Building modified Everglade in Australia

I'm so glad that you're building this design. I wish more people would build Glen-L RVs, campers and such. I also like the start you've gotten on your website. I know it's going to look good and be full of great information for other potential builders. You mentioned that you will need to convert y...

Re: Building modified Everglade in Australia

I have made a good start on my project, after making the entrance door and Gas bottle enclosure I've just started on the sides, plenty of images at the web site in my first post. http://nebula.wsimg.com/f0dd1e99a2daced26622b8c21e8fd11a?AccessKeyId=73300383D89E6D810842&disposition=0 http://nebula.wsi...

I would also love to see an update , really enjoyed your build images so far. I've ordered the Everglade plans which are on their way now, in the meantime I check out builds like yours for any tips I can gather. In an earlier post you mentioned using painted plywood for the exterior I'm curious how ...

Re: Hello from the Apple Isle Australia

Thanks for the welcome guys, I'm the same, I like to keep busy and a slide camper fits the bill with the itchy feet we are developing. I've been checking out the boats too , who knows :?:, I do live in a world renowned trout fishing area and boat popularity is huge here. I'll wait and see how the ca...

Hello from the Apple Isle Australia

After many weeks of research I ordered the plans for the Everglade slide camper which I plan to modify somewhat to fit my Ford utility, I find myself eagerly awaiting their arrival already. My wife and I have owned 2 campers and a full on motor home over the last thirty years and thought we had put ...
