Re: Monroe Malahini

3/4 inch overhang is good enough. I used a farriers file to knock it down once it was all glued in place.
You can level it pretty quick with those beefy files

Re: New member from oregon

Hey Josh, hopefully you are able to get your 25 up and running without to many problems. I was having problems with my 25hp 1986 Merc and did end up replacing the starter and the switch box. Apparently old switch boxes do create problems. I replaced mine on the reccomondation of another boater who h...

You might find the Zip a bit of a squeeze for your size but you can always push the seats back to accommodate your height. You can get 4 adults on without...

Re: Brendons Zip Build

Now that she`s flipped you can make some great progress.
The deck structure goes fairly quickly without too much head scratching.

Nice work. I bet your thrilled.

A grand achievement. Not everyone has that certain kind of discipline to build a boat.

Re: Got Zipp wet

Took me 3 times out on the water to get my motor running right. Threw some money at it and got
it fixed. I want that motor on my boat. Love the styling.

Your ZIP looks great! Congratulations. A big achievement
