years ago,when I was operating Miller robot at work,I would have problems with tips burning off too quickly so remedied by grinding off 1/4 inch of tip off.gotta make sure to grind a chunk of wire inside tip as well.otherwise the tip would melt hole closed.seemed to help.shortened burnback as well s...

:D kinda in a quandry -do I lift boat up in boat shed and stuff trailer under?or build longer bunks on trailer extending into boat shed and winch boat onto trailer using lots of dawn.each has it's own merits and faults. :roll:

:( That's too bad.all my photos are on my card in my digital camera.so i use the attachments on this place.I'm not sure about editing photos but can edit the script.I really enjoyed your posts and wish there is a quicker fix. :roll:

:D I had brushed Epifanes over epoxy-shield and after 2 weeks,it was just the same as when I brushed it on.used a water based zip strip to take it all off.wouldn't touch the epoxy but sure took care of varnish.heard a 2-part finish works better.I was so disappointed that used paint instead.

:D Just don't get in a hurry to launch boat and undo strap to bow eye before backing up .I saw a few guys at the folk's launch ramp do that and boat rolled off trailer,landing on concrete ramp.nothing touched the water.ouch.helps that there is alot of watchers. :lol: just too big of a hurry.

Sad day.Wish I had known him.He reminds me of my dad who also passed recently(Last Memorial day weekend) who also did work with boats(built a fishing camp in1963 and which is still going strong)he was 88 years old .

we have a little problem with mud-dauber wasps clogging up little holes.your fuel vents have screens on ,I hope.
