In that case, I think that the roustabout is the best option. I would probably make it an outboard, because having an inboard seems like it would be harder for a first boat. After more thought and consideration, I was leaning away from the Roustabout because no one had built it in recent years, and I thought that there would be little to no forum support. Glen L Malahini

Hey, I am planing to start a Glen L this summer to use on Lake Erie. I was thinking about the Glen L Malahini, and i was wondering how difficult the build is, and how "Lake worthy" it is. I am worried about how a 16 foot boat will handle on Lake Erie. Any help is appreciated, Thanks, Michael Shade
