Thanks to all! Bryan, I'm in Cranford....down the parkway a little bit. What boat(s) have you built? I visited "boards & beams" in Fairfield, which is quite a great lumberyard! I had a long chat with the owner; looks like they could be a single-stop wood supplier. A local source for SB screws & nail...

Glen-L Poxy-Grip question

I'm getting ready to begin construction of a Glen-L Ski-Tow, starting with the frames. Epoxy seems to be the way to go, and I'm happy to support Glen-L. From what I read, "regular epoxy" isn't good for structural adhesion because it's too thin. Thickening the "West system" epoxy with additives seems...

Mark, from NJ...making a Ski-Tow!

Hey all,

The building frame has been made, the plans studied, strategies formed, tools gathered.....and someday a Ski-Tow will sail on!

I'm sure a ton of questions will pop up as I get into it, but for now this post is just to say "hi"!
