There were a few times I had to make the frame wood wider on my PB22. I added pieces as necessary using biscuits for joining. Of course I used epoxy to glue and I clamped everything down to keep it flat. Worked great

Well I made it with the second layer back to the transom on both sides and have about seven feet on each side to go at the bow. Then I will double up the transom ply and start the final layer on the on the aft 2/3 of the bottom. I am going to use 6mm mahogany planking so the hull will end up being 3...

This is just a suggestion Bob..... I use West System and have found if you put on very thin coats later in the day as the temperature starts to drop, the results are much better. Not sure but, from your picture, it appears you are putting on very thick coats. Even though it doesn't look like you wan...

You might be overthinking this Carl..... Why not simply cut it out (just past the lines) with your bandsaw and then sand it down to the lines with your Rigid bench sander? That's what I would do.... I think !!

Daryl,, I am really not an expert on gear box ratios, but many on the forum here are. I think they will be asking for the approximate horsepower, desired top speed, max rpm of the motor, finished weight and length of the boat, etc. I'm sure they will chime in here. Carl... I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 android. I did have an S5 and it worked fine. I see many other photos here on the forum with the same problem. Maybe it could be fixed at Glen-L

Thanks Bob.... I think I get it, but I've gotta quickly get to my "Thinking Chair" ….. I'm having a little trouble figuring out the come along, how it's attached, and what it is attached to. Also not clear on the strap shortening process and how it failed....

Very nice Bob.... Would you consider making a drawing of the "flipping gantry"?? I can't quite figure out how it all works and it looks like it's the only way to flip a boat. Thanks,,, Neel

Tom… You can mount a loud 12 volt horn under the deck near one of the cowl vents. I did that on the Gentry and it is plenty loud
