Well, I don't believe I will apply the sealer coat of CPES today. I am going to resand the stain off. I do not have any sanding marks. I am going to try something with the grit. I had sanded to 220. This left the grain pores very tight I have some areas where the wood is extremely light and shiny. ...

Thanks Guys for your input....And Dave I think I am still steering for the Riviera then....Choppy Waters in closed Lake or Dam situations blown up by the wind....so as you say Riviera handles the swells so I will go by your experience...Thanks Everyone :wink: :)

As far as the voids go they will be fully sealed and glassed with epoxy like my last boat, even after it was wrecked it never let water into those spaces. I haven't decided which foam I will use yet. Last time I went with sheets of styrofoam instead of poured in polyurethane. I did a submersion che...

I would have bought the E.Tec as well....plenty of mates have them, only problems they have had is fuel blockage...Put 2 Cav style filtration filters on no more problems..... :D
