It doesnt seem that OMC made provisions to bolt the motor on the transome. Just the clamps............... am I missing something.

I bought the fuel pump online for 50 0r 60 bucks, it from a mid 70's johndon 30 or 35 hp. If you click around my Y/T channel, I posted a vid with the seirra part number, cant seem to find the box now. Check out the Formula and the Glen-L side by side.

thanks guys, I ll leave the transome alone. Here is the motor running with the newly converted fuel pump set up. It turns out I didnt have enough water in the tank yesterday, she seems to be pumping water fine now. The motor is running badly............ Thanks Jim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hejM...

Im putting old faithful in the water tomorrow. I was kinda hoping the Glen-l would go in first, but I guess life got in the way again. Thanks for all your advice and help.

Boat is coming along, but its the little things that drive you crazy. My teleflex steering cable at 12ft seemed a little to long Well at 11 ft, it seems a little to short. The official who issues the HIN numbers around here, tells me its "not a priority due to budget constaints"..blah blah blah. But...

I bought the teleflex rack SS141, but it looks like Im losing alot of the steering capability due to lack of stroke, maybe its me. Should I go hub and drum cable style?
