Re: best way to remove unset epoxy
Bryan , I had a similar thing happen on my a final bottom coat of clear epoxy . I mixed everything the same, but the final coat was applied during heavy humidity, which hadn't affected me before so I got a little too confident I think. Anyway, thinking it was blush, went through all the removal tech...

Nice Bill
Underwater lights? Really nice touch. Your retirement looks like you are very busy.
Will you have room for a decompression chamber
Are you really building the Nautilus? It looks big enough.
Nice work.

My wife and I are attempting to keep clear some time to show up and meet everyone , and of course, see the beautiful boats.
Know this doesn't help you much, but we are a definite maybe.

Re: Cable and Pulley Steering Helm Help
Can you see the other side of the pin? If not it may be spring loaded and would need to be persuaded down, and at same time using a pipe wrench or something twist the flange counterclockwise off, or, could it just be pressed on? If so, carefully try a wheel puller. Can't really tell from the photo i...

Tony,
No harm intended and none done. In fact, right about now, I wish I knew how to say in Spanish "Would you like to sand my boat" to our neighbors from the south.???
Knee deep in flouring epoxy resin dust. My shop looks like a snow scene , as do I, and one of my dogs.

Re: CDX plywood as top rail?
You may find those that say it will be fine. IMHO cdx being a construction grade plywood will be very suspect to delamination, it has voids in the plys, and I think there is only 4 plys in 5/8" , which is actually not quite that thick. Although it is used as substrates under roofing , and header sca...

Bill,
Tanks look great! But I really like how you ran the conduit through the bracing. Very clean and neat.
I do see lots of places you need to be a contortionist to get to
Have you had to call 911 to get your body removed from anywhere yet?
