I work for Dril-Quip the subsea wellhead company. The BOP is locked on to our wellhead.

I'm not sure what company you're talking about. The only company close to "subsea" is Subsea7 and they weren't on the Horizon, Oceaneering was. Or are you saying he was a Subsea Engineer for Transocean?

they was located in new orleans company is or was called Subsea it was diving company that worked on wells underwater. he no longer workes the but works for neptoun science

Maybe they were doing hull inspections. From time to time we do see divers on these MODUs and Drill Ships doing hull inspections. Other than that we use ROVs exclusively to do our work subsea as someone mentioned before the hydrostatic head at these depths would crush a man.

I've seen 12" square tubing sent subsea with out weep holes cut in it come back flat...

he was saturartion diver did deep work they also maintain the underwater habits and worked on the pipe lines

I just got a news update here in Utah that they now have a oil spill in some of our local fresh water due to oil line break
