Hi

I just wanted to find out how long does it take to receive the PDF file or download link (Not sure how this works) of purchased study plans?
I bought them on 12/4 but haven't received anything as yet. I did email the Glen L Support email but no response yet.

The weird thing is my order history does display $15, but nothing else, no items in the list. At one point there were 2 in the order. So something might have gone wrong with the process.

Anyway to inquire from here?
