I tried to glue my plexiglass windows to the varnished wood. Didn't work at all. The glue I used was Casco marine & tech. Anyone who know what will work

Clear silicone is about the only thing that might do it.

I found a glue that did the job. Sikaflex 295 UV. Very expensive. Only one problem. The PLexiglass expanded a lot in the heat from the sun. Resulting in deformed windows and cracked window frames. I have removed everything and am now putting in real glass. (hardened safety glass). Amazingly the glass was cheaper than plexi despite expensive hardening process.

I found that too, toughened glass works out much cheaper, as long as you only need flat panels it has to be the best choice, that's what I'll use when I finally get around to making a windscreen.
