thats pretty cool,
Havent been to any kind of airshow in a long time,
you just reminded me that I am only 2 hour drive from Kermit weeks museum.
I need to do that............!!!!

The prop on that BearCat is huge, you'd better have your foot ready when you Cobb the power on takeoff. Did you trade a Torpedo ride for a war bird ride?

If I remember correctly, Fifi is the only flyable B-29? There is another one, called Doc, that was being restored to flying condition by Boeing personnel. For a heartbreaking B-29 story, look up the Kee Bird, where a group was trying to retrieve it from Greenland.

The first B29 pic is Doc. It was also there. FIFI has the "A" on the tail. Doc is shinier.
