Well I guess I would do alot more painting if my buddy John didnt own a powdercoating shop.
Wouldnt you know, the upper cowl I minted out, wont fit with the starter install on the 1955 mark 55. You can see by the picture, its just a little different. Looks like before this motor was painted black, it was white, before that, Turquiose............???????

You're gunna have a set of teins before you know it man!!!

So can you change the rotation of one motor if you set these up as twins? Or are you stuck with the one rotation?

not sure about the rotation issue, but my plans is to have 2 0r 3 runnabout type boats available for friends and family to use.

The turquoise was probably the factory color...."Sarasota Blue" I believe was the name....I think the "Marlin blue" was a darker color.

Sarasota Blue came with Sand Tan mid & lower unit,Marlin Blue came with Gulf Blue mid & lower

Hard to see these colors exactly cause of flash wash out, but I didn't feel like getting them out to shoot better photos
