With the freezing fog and cold temps I wanted to get my two tables made to construct the arches for the gothic barn made so when we get some better temps I can get them made. Day temps are going from 35 to 45 F. So I wanted to get them made. Wanted to get the tops painted but couldn't find a cold paint till I talked to tech support at Rustoleum and they suggested their 7400 System, a voc-alkyd-enamel on clean wood and metal. It is a great product little on the costly side, but I applied it when the temp was 42, and 6 hours later temp was at 28. The next morning it still had some tacky spots but was totally dry by noon. Coverage is great and it will try to touch when temp is 32 F. It is not a marine paint but will work in lots of areas. As soon as temp go up a little a second coat will be put on.
