I am building a 13 foot runabout "The Fisherman". Hull is just completed, currently I am filling and sanding ready for fibreglass, which will be something I've never done before. Assuming I get through the fibreglassing ok, do I then paint the hull while it is still upside down, or do I turn it over and do all the deck woodwork then paint top and bottom at the same time? Just wondering what most people do? Also with fibreglassing, do most people glass the interior of the hull as well as the exterior? or what is the usual finish for the interior?

It's generally easier to paint the hull upside down, or at least paint the bottom when it's upside down, the sides are just as easy either way and pick up less dust when the boat's the right way up (because they are past vertical the dust doesn't settle on them).
On a small boat like yours it's quite easy to turn it over, so you could plank the deck then turn it back over to paint the bottom, then back again to paint the topsides, whatever's easiest
It's not usual to glass the inside and it may be quite difficult, there's usually lots of structure in the way which is difficult to lay glass around. Most of us just seal the inside with a coat or two of epoxy followed by varnish or paint.
