Is anybody willing to share some performance numbers for their Belle Isle, and maybe a subjective description of handling attributes? Optimum engine selection (engine capacity sweet spot?) Handling in rough water? Slow speed manoeuvring and docking? I’m looking for a large family cruiser: smooth, quiet, stable, 35-40 mph cruise, and....dignified.

I should also ask, is there a source which reviews the attributes of the various Hankinson runabouts, beyond the 2 or 3 sentence description on the boatdesigns.com website.
