Nice work Tony!
Looking very clean and neat

Have you put any date on hoping to be completed?

I am going to the Bribie Island regatta next May and then straight up to Sommerset dam for a week to a wooden boat gathering there.

No pressure, reckon you be ready? 😁

Everything looks good Tony. What angle did you decide on for your dash?

Thanks Jamie.
Realistically I will be happy if it is finished by the end of next year. I have the trailer to make as well. It would be easier to buy one. I really like the one you have but it may be a case of dollars. By May I hope to basicly be onto the deck and cockpit fit outs. Depends on how busy this up-coming fire season will be.

Thanks. That angle is same as in the plans. 30 degrees from memory. It seems to work.

Season's greetings to one and all.
Been a while since my last post. Mainly because I've been waiting on bits to come in from the states and a friend was welding my exhaust for free but paid work comes over unpaid work. Fair enough!
So where I'm up to:
.engine in waiting for the prop strut to do final alignment of motor
.exhaust done
.steering done
.water intake done
.most of the electrical items have been purchased
.seat and framing up done for rear cockpit
To do:
.finish panelling of rear cockpit
.do front cockpit
.install electrics
.mill sapele for finish and decking and then on to the deck

Some photos of completed work. Mostly rear cockpit area.

Really really cool Tony. I definitely like the side exhaust.

Thanks Bill and Carl. Yes the side exhaust worked. Especially because the catalyti PCM motor has only 1 exhaust outlet. Even if it had 2, I would have used the side exhaust tips as it gets a bit crowded back there with the rudder. fuel tank and battery box. Butch Barto put me onto the company.

Tony

You should try to fit all that stuff in the back of the Tahoe 19!

Well I have finished the initial fitout of the rear cockpit and started on the sole of the front cockpit. Still haven't got my head around the front seating etc. A few pictures.

I feel for you Tony. Building the hull was a breeze compared to working out all the interior stuff.

Tony,

Don't you need some little windows in the side panels so you can see those great exhaust pipes? :D
