I went with it. Visually, on the diagrams it makes sense to taper...and it might have said it in the directions and I missed it. Thanks

We made it out with no injuries but the house took a hit. Not as bad as some, but insurance will take care of what needs to be fixed.

I just got back from PC today. Went down to clean up trees for some friends. You guys took quite the beating

Not much changing here, everything is in slow motion. Verizon seems to be back in service making it easier to let everyone know how we’re doing. I know insurance has to deal with hundreds of claims, but it would be nice if they let us know status every few days instead of us having to call them.
Good news for the FF build, though no progress has been made in 2 years, it didn’t suffer any damage except a wet floor. The new shed lost shingles and siding and most of my power tools are a loss. My SO and I are in mediation to determine what gets fixed first, the house or shed. :lol:
Lots of work ahead but we thank God we’re OK.
