Rough fairing transom with a rather aggressive tool.

Carl,
still thinking about it, maybe a houseboat about 30x8 so it's trailerable. Haven't decided , plywood or maybe weld some used dumpsters together. Stinch might be problematic with the steel option.

99 tasks down, 901 to go.
27 sheets of 3mm Okume ply on the way
Need to cut exhaust holes above (as it sits) the middle camber board, these are way too high.

Matt that hull looks great, nice fair lines. Can't wait to see the planking process.

Anyone see a problem with bringing only 1 bottom batten all the way forward to the stem?

Matt

Thumbs up. Now take another step.

Good news is that about 1/3 of the bottom can be done in sheets.

Nice fairing job Matt!. Sometimes I see the cold molding process and think "I wonder if......" and then I come back to reality. Nah, I have enough to do on my boat for at least 5 more years.

Hi Matt -
Where in McK are you located? I am near Eldorado and Custer and am planning to start build and leaning toward a Malahini. If you are open to it, I'd appreciate seeing your project(s) and asking a few questions.

Thanks,
Bob
