Here are pics of the drain holes. I used a router bit normally used for carving bowls. It is 1 1/4" wide by 5/8" deep. It makes a nice smooth cut so that nothing gets stuck in the drain. Each frame gets drains so that water can flow to the rear of the boat. Note the cross drains in the transom so that everything drains into one outlet.

Thanks for the pictures. Where does the water go after it passes throu the transom?

Hi Joe,
25 sheets of plywood will be perfect, I ordered 27 and had a few left over.
