am building a 25 ft norwester, approx 5000 lbs, planning on using a 350 olds, 350-400 hp and a berkley jet pump ill move the engine forward maybe 30 " but still a little worried about performance. any thoughts?

The move foward and adding the berkley drive with the additional weight may give you a less than optimum performance and handling too.
