Frames all set. Just about to add the battens and keel later today. below are some pics of the progress.

File comment: I decided to try bending the chines and shears on my mock boat before to get them used to the bend. These have had boiling water poured on them and bed pretty easily

Great photos, I'm just behind you with having everything getting put on the jig (still trying to find a table saw strong enough to cut the transom angle; mine didn't work so well the first time!). Keep us updated on your progress.
