Hello Fred

Congratulation to your endurance and a very nice paint scheme! I just ordered some Squirt plans which I intend to build with my (soon) 13 years old son. As in Norway here in Switzerland the tropical woods are not easily available. How did your fir hold up during build and use? Would you recommend it?

Fred, what model Suzuki did you get and do you know how heavy it is? Just took our Squirt out today and had engine trouble. Never got to run her, but the motor is an old '57 Johnson.
