My Zip

Post by cusoak » Fri Mar 03, 2017 6:14 am

Well it has been some time between post, But I have still been using the Zip I builtand taking it to boat show's.
As I posted a while back I took the Zip to a Century Club boat show in Pa. and out of 75 Century boats My Zip won Peoples Choice Award.
Last yest year I went to the Indian Lake Boat show in Ohio in July.
I was asked by a friend of mine to take pictures of all of the boat's that were At the show.
The other day I got my copy of Classic Boating magazine.
Opened it up and on page 6 there is an article on the Indian Lake Boat show, With a Picture of my Glen L Zip I built.

Jeff, That is really cool!

My wife said "If I build a boat, she's getting a divorce."
We're still happily married, but now she just wants "the dam boat out of the garage."

Your Zip looks right at home among all those 'exotics'. A credit to you.

Jeff that's Fantastic!
I saw your boat in Classic Boating Magazine. Seems like more and more Glen L designs are appearing in classic boat shows.
I only hope mine comes out nice enough that it could be entered in a classic boat show.

How do we locate photos of your boat on the Glen-l site ?

Also, look closely at the magazine page 6, bottom photo.
In the background, behind the other boats, a white Merc motor can be seen. Maybe yours?
