Hi I have a several Great Grand Kids and they all like to drive our bigger boats, but of course they can't do that on there oun.
So I want to build one that they could drive by themselves.
Power it with a trolling motor
Any Ideas on where I might find a set of planes

You might have a look at the Glen-L Pee Wee or one of the small dinghies, e.g., the Imp or the Dinky. The Dinky would be a good choice due to having built-in watertight compartments.
A boat is just a wooden box with no right angles.

You might consider something like a Squirt. You could start with a trolling motor, and as they got older throw on a 10hp outboard.
Nothing says poor craftsmanship like wrinkles in your duct tape!
