This may have been discussed already, since it is copyright last year. I am usually the last to know.
But I just saw the excellent magazine article on Art Atkinson's beautiful Glen-L Squirt.

I laughed at Art's statement: "The paint scheme evolved further to hide some sins along the sheerline, butt joints on the side panels,
and joints where the sides meet the transom."

I thought that I was the only one to hide sins with paint! My Squirt started out with a bright finished (varnished) hull, over the glass.
But a close look in the sunshine convinced me to paint the sides, and pretend it was the plan all along.

Art says a Squirt starts a lot of conversations. Well, even while trailering it, folks at a stop light will holler: "What kind of boat is that?"
