Naw, the people that had the one we decided on that was on Craigslist never returned my call.

I may just borrow the table saw and band saw that my friend offered to let me use

In addition I got caught up running for some other boat supplies and Mother's day stuff......Yea, Yea,I know....

Picked up a 16" Delta bandsaw ....a gift from a buddy...today.

Never used one before and got pretty frustrated...my ex-carpenter neighbor said it should be fine with a new blade.

I cut the pieces for the building form, and the plywood station forms and transom patterns today.

will get some more tomorrow and first part of this week as I'm vacation.

You are rolling along Mr Pirate, just a few more measurements and a couple of cuts and you will be there. Have you figured out your launch date yet? :P

Well, got the rest of the templates cut out, along with the stem and breast hook pieces.

Had to take sweetie to Home-Depot for plants and fix her up a garden cart, so I lost some time there.

That garage doesn't seem to be getting any more room by itself,so I'll concentrate on rearranging it tomorrow for more space.

I think I'm going to buy this sander that someone had recommended in the tool thread:

At least in my area home depot has less costly machine with bigger belt area and a build in disk sander attachment. but when it comes to power tool you want quality and durability

Don't be afraid to attempt anything. You might surprise your self in the attempt.
