Does anyone have a magic cure / prevention method for fogged up glasses. I have this problem when ever I use my dust mask. The dust mask has a valve that is supposed to take all the exhaled air and prevent it from exiting the mask at the top and fogging the glasses. The valve certainly helps but doesn't prevent it

When I was diving we used to have a couple of solutions of masks but I don't think they would be suitable in this case.

A long time ago we used to wipe lenses with glycerine to prevent fogging.

Use diving mask defogger (purchase at a dive shop) or baby shampoo (work wonders, doesn't harm you if it fall in the eye and doesn't burn your eyes). Both of these work to defog a len and you can rub a little toothpaste unto the len and wash off afterward. Divers do that all the time to fix the fogging problems on lens.

Divers just spit in their masks, rub it around and wash it off. I do the same with pretty good results. Not perfect, ... not the most pleasing idea, ... but it gets the job done.
