Air cylinders! Every good wood shop has an air compressor. ( I dont have them but I would if I was rich and well organized)
Put the Saw on a Swing, drop, rotate whatever kind of attachment, and move it in and out of place with AIr power.
My Table saw is on another table just for that. The Articulating Radial Arm is up on the work bench. It's used pretty frequently, and it's also a catchall for stuff I'm wrestling with.
