I talked to four companies about building a trailer for my 23' Tahoe. I decided to go with Macatawa Bay Boat Works (mbbw.com). They are in my neighborhood and Jon knows a LOT about wooden boats and what works for hauling them around.
Jon asked what I was building and I described it as similar to a small Riva. He had a water trial to do the next morning and would then stop by after to take a look at my boat and discuss what I want in a trailer. He showed up with this...
MBBW did a complete renovation including finding all the original hardware which had found its way to the Riva Guru, gorgeous boat, and I like the trailer too.
