Or you just made longer bunks...wood and carpet are cheap....don't know about the balance though

That's the place I found the trailer I posted the photos of. I think I will wind up buying that one with the four non adjustable bunks and rework the bunks to fit and derate the springs. This one is long enough and has three cross members that I can use to stagger the bunks to carry the stern with four and the bow with two separate bunks angled better for it. I will probably add side guide bunks, too.
